Acceptance

By using kentuckyforward.org or any related service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility to contribute

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The funds are your own and are not being provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
• The contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which you have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made on a corporate or business card.
• You are not a federal contractor.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Refunds

If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact donate@kentuckyforward.org within 60 days. We will review and, when appropriate, refund the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kentucky Forward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
