Contributions to Kentucky Forward PAC's traditional PAC account from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee. Kentucky Forward is a nonprofit social welfare organization under IRC § 501(c)(4); contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
